Commentary:
This site is a compilation of the USDA's and the FDA's food safety advice for professionals, teachers, and consumers developed by universities, private industries, and government agencies. "HACCP Training Materials" will help anyone in the food service industry establish guidelines based on the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points. "Food Safety Education & Training Materials" includes a database that can be searched by keyword, audience, or format. The "Food Safe Discussion Group" hosts message boards that range in content from allergies, kitchen appliances, bioterrorism, to food recalls. The site links directly to foodsafety.gov--another site with reliable food safety advice for consumers.

"Stories, Solutions, Strategies" features successful food safety education activities and campaigns contributed by site users.
